During the 70s, Mme Allard gradually retired from the family business. Jean-Paul met Sylvie. They were married in 1976, and together they continued to develop the house along the lines of luxury items and the "different". In 1990 they rounded out the collection of garment with lines of accessories: this was when they opened the second shop.

The ties between the Allard family and Megève are tight and long-lasting on a daily basis. AAllard occupies a central position in the heart of Megève and is a highly active player in local life: organisation of sports events, exhibitions of painters, support for countless events... Their involvement is testimony to their roots tying them to the village and to their keenness to stimulate its development. Today, Jean-Paul and Sylvie still steer the ship with their master's hand. They are given precious support behind the scenes by Anne-Marie, with the help of Jean-Marie (owner of the Hotel des Granges d'Arly), and by their two children, whose initials follow the continuing history of the family: Antoine and Alexandre!
